It is said that it is very helpful in balancing the three doshas of the body namely Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
To make 1 liter ghee, approximately 25-30 liters of cow's milk is required.
And then keep it in a warm place overnight
Once the curd separates into butter and butter milk, we get Loni/Butter.
After churning, butter is separated from buttermilk and this butter is used to make ghee.
Now it is poured into a steel vessel and heated on medium-high flame and then it is ready.
